Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing apparel from glorious.sbs (operated by Glorious LLC), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your order confirmation email serves as official acceptance of this agreement.

Billing Terms

Single Transaction Model: All clothing purchases (sets, tees, hoodies, etc.) are one-time, non-recurring transactions. No subscription fees, automatic renewals, or ongoing charges apply—you pay only for items selected at checkout.
Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as glorious.sbs for clear identification.

Checkout Requirements

To complete your order, you must:

Check the mandatory checkbox stating: “I have read, understood, and agree to Glorious LLC’s Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.”

Product Information

Product descriptions, sizes, and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to update designs, materials, or discontinue items without prior notice.
Color variations may occur due to screen display differences. Size charts are available on each product page—we recommend referencing them before purchase.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer a full refund or alternative product of similar value.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product images, and text on glorious.sbs are the intellectual property of Glorious LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Glorious LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages (e.g., missed events, emotional distress) arising from product use, delivery delays, or sizing discrepancies. Our total liability per claim is capped at the purchase price of the affected item.
