This policy applies to all fashion apparel orders shipped by Glorious LLC within the United States, including hip-hop, punk, streetwear, sportswear, and retro-style clothing.
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS First-Class Mail or FedEx Ground.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days via FedEx 2Day (available at checkout for an additional fee).
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
- Orders under $50: $7.99 flat fee (standard shipping).
- Orders $50–$99.99: $4.99 flat fee (standard shipping).
- Orders $100+: Free standard shipping.
- Expedited shipping: $14.99 flat fee (applicable to all order values).
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted for standard shipping (expedited options may not be unavailable for these addresses).
- No international shipping is available at this time.
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of order placement. After this period, we cannot modify shipping details. Please verify your address carefully at checkout.
- Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 7 days. We will trace the shipment and either resend the items or issue a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.
- Damaged Items: Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. For damaged or defective items, email assist@glorious.sbs within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.
- For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery. Glorious LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
