Overview

Glorious LLC offers a 21-day refund window for unworn, unwashed fashion items purchased from glorious.sbs. Returns made after 21 days of delivery are ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your item must:
  • Be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
  • Include all original packaging and accessories (e.g., brand tags, care labels).
  • Be accompanied by an order confirmation email or receipt.
Non-Refundable Items:
  • Final-sale items marked “No Returns”.
  • Customized or personalized clothing (e.g., embroidered pieces).
  • Underwear, swimwear, and face masks for hygiene reasons.
  • Accessories priced under $10 (unless defective).

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:
  • Items with minor damage due to normal wear (not shipping-related).
  • Returns received 22–30 days after delivery (refund amount based on condition).
  • Missing original tags or packaging (deduction applied).

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email assist@glorious.sbs within 21 days of delivery, including your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. RA Number: We will issue a return authorization (RA) number within 1 business day.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for items over $100—Glorious LLC is not liable for lost returns.

Damaged/Misreceived Items

Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery via email. Include photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund (shipping covered by us).

Exchanges

We only exchange items for the same product in a different size/color if:
  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email assist@glorious.sbs with your order details to initiate.

Gifts

  • Marked as Gift: You will receive a store credit via email once the return is processed.
  • Not Marked as Gift: Refund is issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount (except during site-wide promotions) are final sale and ineligible for return.
